Two day conference aims
to provide sector specific learning platform. Day 1 has presentations
of interest to one and all in service sector, Day 2 commences
with four parallel tracks, each addressing a set of homogeneous
processes. Business excellence leaders shall share their knowledge
and expertise through 40 presentations.
Focus will be to explore roadmaps to business excellence through
knowledge sharing. Conference will stimulate learning and
provide adequate tools for application. Judicious mix of workshops,
seminars and panel discussions will widen the knowledge base
of participants.
Conference will run on four parallel tracks in four different
halls giving participants option to attend any one of them.
